Espire 1 VR Operative is an FPP stealth VR game developed by Digital Lode and published by Tripwire Interactive. In the game, the character becomes an operator of Espire 1, a covert-ops drone sent on top-secret missions around the world. The game introduces the Control Theatre system, which brings the motion controls of VR systems to the next level. The game received solid reviews for its innovative gameplay mechanics.

Stealth VR gameplay experience

The key feature of Espire is its control system. The player operates a high-tech drone in a 3D environment and can move on almost any surface: floors, walls, ceilings, etc. The game features a voice command system, with which the player can control their in-game avatar. Sound can be used to lure enemies into traps and dispose of them quietly.  The drone is equipped with a variety of weapons and gadgets, such as tranq pistols, deployable drone cameras, etc.
