Stronghold Crusader 2 is a real-time strategy game, developed and published by Firefly Studios. It is a sequel to Stronghold Crusader. Gameplay in 3D
The key feature that differentiates Crusader 2 from the first installment of the series is the transition from 2D into 3D rendering. The maps and units come to life on the screen in full detail. The game retains some of its predecessors' aesthetics, such as tile-based movement and construction. Stronghold 2 introduces new units, as well as AI characters. Each of these formidable opponents, as Slave King, the Shah, and Sultana, have a unique battle strategy, units, and settlements.
